The research should possess a purpose to receive general support from the public. This will allow you to make the necessary changes for parts that do not make much sense.
Remember the executive summary is designed to give busy 'executives' a quick summary of the contents of the report. Describe the climax the same way you summed up the rest of the plot. However, as a rough guide, you should plan to include at the very least an executive summary, introduction, the main body of your report, and a section containing your conclusions and any recommendations.
List other relevant sources in a bibliography or resources section. In the manufacturing facility example, sections could include technical details, a list of alternative solutions along with a cost-benefit analysis for each, and recommendations.
When presenting graphs, charts, and other images to your report, make sure that the text supports what is seen in these visuals. In about a paragraph or two, summarize the report so that a busy executive can grasp the key points and skim through the details later.
For example: "The purpose of the study is to encourage those people suffering to seek treatment and increase awareness concerning effects and consequences of mental illness on society. A bullet point list will be enough to back you up when accomplishing the task.
